Required is a technically excellent Patent Attorney with a background in engineering or physics, based within a commutable distance to Cambridge.

With a substantial growing patent portfolio, this In-house Patent Attorney role offers the full in-house gamut of patent matters around product development from it’s very beginning to the mass production stage.
You’ll be joining a well established team of friendly In-house Patent Attorneys at varying levels and work collaboratively and cohesively across technical and commercial departments, a day-to-day snapshot of duties includes, invention harvesting, drafting, managing outside counsel and international patent families, filing, prosecution, patent searching and providing advice on third party rights.

More generally, you’ll play a pivotal role in IP strategy, risk mitigation and advise the company on IP practices, licensing, prepare reports and presentations.
