Business Administration Apprentice (Print and design business)

Your duties will include:

Using our bespoke Management Information System, for which the successful candidate will receive full training Organising company supplies and ordering when necessary Supporting managers in the general admin area Assisting the accounts team with general filing and admin duties Obtaining quotes for couriers, booking couriers/carriers, and obtaining PODs for the client Liaising with the Sales and Production Director to arrange temporary staff and maintaining staff timesheet records Generating weekly and monthly financial reports Processing client stock orders via our procurement website Entering orders into our system

Training:

Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Business Administration.

The future prospects for a Business Administration Apprentice in the Sales department can be promising, as this role often serves as a foundation for a career in various business-related fields. 

This is a work-based apprenticeship opportunity with plenty of scope for future development.

C3 Midlands offer print and design solutions. They can design, fabricate, print, pack, collate, distribute, deliver, audit, install, track and store items. They offer a proactive and professional approach to clients, with an emphasis on service and putting the customer first. They do all kinds of products from small in quantity to large in size and offer a number of additional services you wouldn’t think they do too, such as digital signage, graphic installation, online procurement and management.

Working Hours :
Mon - Fri, 9a.m. - 5:30p.m. (30 min lunch break).
