Children’s Services Team Manager

We are currently looking for a Team Manager within Children’s Services

The team includes six qualified social workers and one family support worker.

The team are passionate about the work they do, and there is an emphasis on best practice and creating a supportive environment.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years’ experience is essential for this role.

You will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring the team’s performance targets are always being met or exceeded.

There will also be an emphasis on working with the other children’s services teams to manage and support any transfers of children.

What's on offer?

Up to £45.00 per hour umbrella rate (PAYE payment options available also)
Hybrid Working Available
