Key Responsibilities

Conducting road condition surveys
Putting together proposals for reconstruction and resurfacing
Preparing design briefs and estimates
Supervising contractors on-site
Liaising with third parties
Agreeing on measures and payments to ensure the company's programme of works is delivered in year and investment made
re-surfacing project

Requirements

A degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in highway maintenance engineering
Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications
