Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - South West London, Surrey & Berkshire - £38,000 to £45,000An Exciting role to join a growing maintenance provider who is looking to expand their operation due to the acquisition of a contract and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning engineer to supply this service to the existing portfolio of clients in South West London, Surrey & Berkshire.You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team and covering the Berkshire & Hampshire area on a range of commercial contracts.

You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning maintenance and general building services and will be working Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm.RequirementsNVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledgeExtensive experience working within commercial environmentsBuilding services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential.Full Drivers LicenceBenefits40 hours per week (8.5 hours per day including 30 min unpaid lunch break, 5 days a week)30 days paid holiday pro-rata including all bank holidays, increasing to 33 days after 5 years and 38 days after 10 yearsOT during the week (Monday to Friday) is paid at 1.5 times flat rateOT at weekends is paid at 1.5 times flat rate, door to doorTravel time will be paid after 30 minutes Call-out rota (approx.
