Electronic Test Engineer

Are you an Electronic Test Engineer based in Slough, Berkshire, searching for an exciting new opportunity working with a leader in power quality products and refrigeration controls?

My client is a UK based electronics design and manufacturing company who due to recent growth, are expanding and are looking for an Electronic Test Engineer to join the team.

As an Electronic Test Engineer, you will be:
- Supporting the R&D team with new and existing products
- Design validation of new products
- Fault finding on PCBs and products
- Making cable harnesses and test jigs
- Pre-compliance testing of products including EMC and temperature testing

Requirements for the Electronic Test Engineer role based in Slough, Berkshire:
- HND or degree qualified in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or similar discipline)
- 3 years+ experience working with electronic products in a similar role
- Experience with fault finding down to component level
- A good understanding of electronic circuits and able to read schematic diagrams
- Able to use hands tools, solder components, crimp cables, and use electronic test equipment
