The restaurant’s passion lies in sourcing the freshest organic produce for the chefs to work with.

Their menus will use sustainable, seasonal produce that does not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, or GMOs.

Prep Chef Requirements:
We are seeking a well organised and self-motivated Prep chef who is able to assist in food production for this five star luxury hotel.This role suits a Demi or Chef de Partie who is looking to work within high standards but not longer wants to work through a busy service.The successful Prep Chef will have worked in professional kitchens for at least two years.
