Senior Chef de Partie requirements:
A Senior Chef de Partie with a strong culinary background, having training in fresh produce operations.A Senior Chef de Partie with a can-do attitude, willing to rotate through kitchen sections to master all aspects of mise en place and service.A punctual, motivated Senior Chef de Partie eager to develop their repertoire of recipes and adhere to the standards set within the kitchen.
