Customer Success Manager

We are working with a leading hospitality tech business, as they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Customer Success Implementation Manager to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between product and customer — combining technical know-how, project management, and people skills to help clients unlock the full value of a powerful SaaS platform from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading onboarding projects tailored to each client’s unique needs and goalsCoordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and EngineeringDelivering engaging training and onboarding sessions that build client confidenceManaging the technical setup and configuration of the platformSupporting clients with data integration and system connectionsCommunicating timelines, deliverables, and potential risks clearly and consistentlyTroubleshooting challenges to keep projects on trackBuilding strong, long-term client relationships that promote satisfaction and loyaltyFeeding client insights back into the product team to influence future developmentMonitoring implementation performance and sharing updates with internal teams

What They’re Looking For

Essential Experience:

3+ years in a Customer Success, Implementation, or Onboarding role (ideally in a SaaS environment)Strong technical acumen with experience in software configuration and setupConfident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Jira
