Mobile Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider- M40 Corridor – £37,437 + Van & Fuel Card  Do you want to stay outside of London? CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer based in Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire/Berkshire, M40 corridor to carry out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.  This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

The company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £37,437 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsComplete fault finding & repair of a range of electrical & mechanical plants & equipment.Responsible for diagnosing and rectifying mechanical & electrical plant faults, ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained.Effective servicing, fault diagnosis & repair work of HVAC equipment to current standards.Control PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
