Mechanical Maintenance Engineer -  FM Service Provider - Static Site Edinburgh - £38,000 Per annum   Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Edinburgh.

My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a static site in the City Centre.

The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on site.    He or she will be required to carry out mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;Monitor mechanical plantPumps, Motors, Seals, BearingsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etcMonitor the BMS systemsBasic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)General building fabricEscort specialist sub contractors  Hours of workMonday to Friday - 08.00 - 17.00Overtime available  RequirementsMechanical qualifications - NVQ or City & GuildsYou must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsAble to gain Enhanced DBS   Highly desirable (Not essential)  Any further qualifications (i.e.
