Oversee the restaurants operationsHire, train the staff, and monitoring performanceCome up with ideas to develop the venues strategy and increasing revenueEnsuring top customer serviceCreating menus and new drinksAddress any complains and make it rightCommunicate with other departmentsLeading a team and set exampleHave a deep understanding of the product and systems, ensuring everything is accurately set up in the POSParticipate in the pricing of the itemsCreating Profit and Loss reports and making recommendations for CAPEX fundingMonitoring financial performance and making budget recommendationsConduct monthly inventory and stock management
The successful candidate
Local market knowledgePrevious experience in high-end, chic, luxury lifestyleExperience overseeing several outletsAttention to detailGreat leader and supporting the team

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesFluent in English and French is a must
