The Role -As a Contentious Probate Solicitor with around 1 to 4 years PQE you will report to and be directly supported by the Head of Contentious Probate.

This is a collaborative working environment in which you will hold a pivotal role in the existing contentious probate department.

-You will adeptly manage contentious trusts and probate work within a large and ever flourishing top tier team and provide an outstanding service to an impressive array of clients.

-You will be a talented litigator and confidently run your caseload in areas such as will challenges, administration disputes, proprietary estoppel disputes and Inheritance Act claims.

The Ideal Candidate -It is essential that you have a strong knowledge and demonstrable experience that spans contentious trusts and probate matters and agile at mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

-This firm hold strong on their client care and you will be a brilliant communicator in all respects and build on existing client relationships whilst nurturing new ones.

-In terms of your desk matters and caseload you must be effective and organised, with an aptitude to set goals and plan ahead to ensure all deadlines are met and be focused on fee earning targets.
