Job role:- Parts Supervisor (Main Dealership)
Location:- Southampton [East]
Salary:- £31,000 plus a bonus of up top £3,000 [£34,000]
Holt Recruitment have taken on a Parts Supervisor vacancy in the Southampton Area to join an independently-run Premium Dealership Group
This is a rare vacancy where you will act more of a manger/consultant than a supervisor, in this quality-driven environment
- Paying up to £31,000 basic OTE £34,000.
- Premium brand where you will learn through warranty training and accreditation.
- Variety in the day to day in a professional and fast paced work environment team management will be an important part of the role.
- More of a manager/consultant than a Supervisor in this high paced role.
They would also be willing to speak with a Parts Advisor in an unofficial senior capacity, looking to step-up.
Skills and experience required as a Parts Supervisor:
- Coordinate the efforts of colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales, in sync with an efficient service department.
- Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customers expectations are exceeded.
- Can demonstrate experience in a Main Dealership setting of around 3-5 years experience, managing a team.
- A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible.
