The Role of the Product Specialist
Selling the full range of surgical & patient handling products - main focus is around gynaecology, general surgery & urology.
Selling to surgeons, consultants, band 7 nurses, team leaders & procurement.
Using salesforce as a CRM to track all activity.
Mature territory.
Currently on target with lots of business to go at.
50/50 split with NB & Existing Business.
Expectation is to do 4 key events/meetings per day.
Covering South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, East Riding, Durham & Northumberland (Durham, Goole, Hull, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Newcastle, Ashington, Leeds, York, Sheffield)
Benefits of the Product Specialist
Basic £26k rising to £30k after 6-month probation and £40k after 2 years
Commission paid monthly - OTE should be £70k-£90k in year one for the successful candidate
