Private Client Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a private client fee earner to join a leading private client team in Leeds.

The role would suit a highly competent fee earner with upwards of 2 years experience handling their own mixed bag private client caseload to include wills, probate, tax and LPAs.
Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and assistance to clients in matters related to wills, trusts, estate administration, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning.
Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that all matters are progressed efficiently and effectively.
Conduct client meetings, gather relevant information, and provide tailored solutions based on individual client needs.
Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other relevant documents.
Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and external parties, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records and documentation.
Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations that may impact private client matters.
Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices.
Contribute to the development and growth of the Private Client department through networking, business development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
