Are you an Experienced Residential conveyancer looking for new role??

Our client, a long established law firm are seeking to appoint a driven and ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team in Colne.

This Residential Conveyancer role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Completion covering; Sales & Purchases, Leases, Mortgages, Buy to let, New Builds and Transfer of Equity.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Residential Conveyancing, handling a caseload at some point of the process up to post completion, possess a driven and ambitious personality to assist in the growth and development of the Property department and firm.

Additionally, you will possess excellent client care skills.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and offers a salary circa £35k dependant on experience.
