You will need to:Support our residents ensuring their rights as tenants are upheld and monitor their bejewelling to identify when additional support is required, demonstrating care and compassionProvide regular support planning to those residents in the long term service and move on planning and support for those in the short term serviceMaintain an efficient administration system which meets the needs set by Saha for records and reports, complying with statutory or regulatory requirementsLiaise and maintain good working relationships with external contacts in order to facilitate referrals, support, payments and create a professional image of the associationSafeguard and promote the welfare of individuals and families that come to our attentionThe post holder is responsible for fulfilling duties in relation to health and safety, that are relevant to their role, as set out in the Health & Safety PolicyAbout The CompanyA registered social landlord and one of the leading providers of supported housing in the UK, Saha is dedicated to transforming lives by providing accommodation and support for some of the most vulnerable members of society - mainly people with complex needs and/or experiencing homelessness.  Saha is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and vulnerable adults and expects all employees and volunteers to share this commitment.Our aim is to work with individuals to build on their strengths, creating person centred, individualised strategies and plans that transform lives, support recovery and enable positive behaviour.
