Site Manager - Bespoke Housing

We are looking for a highly experienced site manager to be the No1 on a luxury bespoke housing project.
Working on a singular property with extensive refurb works taking place.


The project will run for a year but potentially longer.


The individual will be experienced in leading projects from start to finish with full responsibility and accountability for the job.
You will co-ordinate all trades on site, keep on top of all site drawings and work with the commercial and design team, monitor H&S and quality on site.

Will liase with the ops director daily and provide a full report on job.
