Debt Recovery Paralegal (remote)

We are working to recruit a remote debt paralegal fee earner for a specialist, award winning commercial law firm.

The firm's head office is Midlands based but the team is fully supportive of remote working and currently has a number of candidates working for them on an entirely remote basis - a model which works really well for them and which they are very happy to implement for this role.

You will join a small yet highly collaborative team as a debt recovery paralegal where you will handle a commercial debt recovery caseload.

It is essential that you have a solid understanding of both legal and pre legal processes and are familiar with issuing claims.

The firm have seen significant growth recently and are looking for a self-starter who has the drive and determination to develop their career further.

As this role is fully remote, it is essential that you are confident running a commercial debt caseload with minimal supervision with upwards of two years solid experience You will be dealing with uncontested commercial debt recovery claims from Letter Before Action stage through to enforcement and experience in this is essential.

In addition to your technical ability it is essential that you have fantastic communication skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and third parties.
