1:1 Teaching Assistant

Integra People are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join a superb Ellesmere Port based Primary School as a 1-to-1 Teaching Assistant.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a student and make a direct impact on their learning journey.
Responsibilities:

Support a pupil on a one-to-one basis, providing extra support where appropriate
Assist the teacher with the delivery of exciting activities and lesson plans
Ensure classroom safety is maintained and pupils are on task
Provide personalised support and guidance to help pupils reach their full potential

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in education
Familiarity with SEN and EHCP plans is beneficial
A passion for working with children and supporting them in their development
An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply)
Strong English and Maths skills
