Currently, the resort is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join its esteemed culinary team, further enhancing its commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.Responsibilities:
Manage the culinary operations ensuring guests are provided with an outstanding experienceEnsure the food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently and to the highest standardsRecruit a high performing team.

Train staff in proper cooking techniques and adherence to recipes and quality standardsEstablish appropriate staffing levels and conduct daily shift briefings with culinary team membersManage inventory, labour and food costs
Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:
European culinary experience, with knowledge of Mediterranean cuisineMust have 5-star resort backgroundIsland and Caribbean experience are a big advantageAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentA well-rounded and creative culinary professional who can support and inspire team membersDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
