Checking that maintenance procedures are updated and followedFrequent building inspections to identify and resolve issuesPerforming maintenance procedures and fixing fixturesBeing in contact with contractorsEnsuring compliance with health and safety policies

Relevant experience in maintenance in a similar industryOutgoing personality and team playerHands-on mentality and positive vibeFluency in English
