Requirements:

At least 6 months of recent experience working as a support worker.
Completion of CPI Intervention Training (MAPA Restraint Training) is mandatory.
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support others.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
