Executive ChefSalary: $95,000 - $115,000Location: Los Angelas, CAI am thrilled to announce my collaboration with a thriving Club that is in the midst of expanding its personnel.

In light of remarkable progress, they are on the lookout for a seasoned Executive Chef to enhance their culinary team with a blend of innovation, enthusiasm, and drive!Responsibilities:
Lead the property’s culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer’s expectationsEnsure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellenceCreate and develop menus to reflect the restaurant conceptsHire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamworkEnsure that the kitchen is staffed appropriatelyOversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislationManage cost controls, forecasting and inventory managementReview financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
 Executive Chef Qualifications:
Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within a similar establishmentAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentPrevious Club experience is a mustA well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team membersDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skillsDegree in Culinary Arts is preferred
