Your responsibilities for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role may include:

Running your own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property matters including freehold/leasehold, purchases and sales and remortgage matters
Liaising with clients and generate fee income
Providing supervision and support for the wider team members
Taking part in business initiatives and networking opportunities
Providing sound and professional advice to clients
Managing the preparation of documents and correspondence
Maintaining and developing your own client base

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years’ PQE within Residential Conveyancing, has excellent client care skills and is able to work well both as part of a team and independently.
