Property Litigation Solicitor

Award-winning, Legal 500 firm are recruiting an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor into their Birmingham office.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Property Litigation Solicitor role to join a close-knit and sociable team who provide stellar services to their loyal client base across a broad caseload of matters including:

Break rights
Lease renewals
Recovery of rent
Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
Professional negligence claims
Enfranchisement
Dilapidation disputes
Property related insolvency
Trespassing issues
