Position Overview: As a PI Litigator, you will play a crucial role in representing clients who have been injured due to negligence or wrongdoing.
From conducting investigations to negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while honing your litigation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and workplace injuries.
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, assess liability, and evaluate damages.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, advocating vigorously for their rights and interests.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor/legal executive with a strong background in personal injury litigation.
- Proven track record of success in handling PI cases from inception to resolution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
