The Client:

The Role:

As a Building Surveyor, youll work on projects across the South and East of England, contributing to expanding surveying services regionally and nationally, closely linked with architectural and heritage consultancy.

Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role.
? At least 2 years post-graduate experience as a building surveyor or hold a Chartered RICS membership.
? Knowledge of building decay and repair.
? Familiarity with technical standards and regulations.
? Passion for working on historic buildings.
? IHBC affiliate membership.

(Desirable)
? Valid driving licence.
