Private Client Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a well established firm of Solicitors at their office in Castleford.

The role would suit a Private Client Fee Earner with upwards of 3 years’ hands on private client experience, dealing with wills, probate, trusts and LPAs.

Responsibilities:

Handling a caseload of private client matters to include wills, probate, trusts, tax, LPAs and some court of protection work.
Supporting fee earners on more complex private client work.
Drafting wills, including providing inheritance tax advice and tax efficient wills.
Dealing with all aspects of estate administration.
Dealing with the affairs of vulnerable clients.
Providing an excellent level of client care.
Corresponding with clients, and third parties.


Salary to £35,000 though may increase for Private Client Fee Earners who have significant private client experience.

Castleford base, hybrid working available.
