About the Quality Engineer:

- You're an experienced Quality Engineer with a proven track record in a similar role, ideally within electronics manufacturing.
- You have a deep understanding of technical documentation and engineering drawings.
- You're familiar with defense standards and possess a strong understanding of electronic components and cabling.
- Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
- You're a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What the Quality Engineer will do:

- Manage and implement inspection and certification control plans.
- Support project management with contract reviews (PPAP & FAIRs).
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies.
- Provide manufacturing support regarding quality issues.
- Uphold and update quality procedures.
- Perform shop floor audits and maintain performance reports.
- Manage non-conformance issues.
- Actively contribute to maintaining our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
