Our client is a diverse multi-disciplinary practice consisting of Registered Architects, Chartered Engineers, Building Surveyors and Architectural Technologists .

The range of services we offer are extensive and include architecture, structural / civil engineering, detailed technical design, building surveying, project management, project administration, FSC / DAC, legal mapping and others.

We create roles that are varied and allow you to develop your career in a dynamic and challenging environment.
What’s important:

AutoCAD experience, Problem solving, Creativity, Organised and a Team player.
Preparation of Statutory applications – Planning, FSC, DAC, BCMS.
Developing and producing detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Co-ordinating and liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
Conducting site surveys, inspections, and progress meetings.
Researching and advising on materials, products, and technologies.
Managing and delivering projects within budget and time constraints.


Additional desirable skills

In depth understand in technical structural detailing.
Extensive REVIT experience / ability to lead transition from CAD to BIM.
