CBW Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established FM service provider. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering sites in Edinburgh.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and commercial building services. This position is ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar role who is seeking a stable, local opportunity with an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFsAir Handling Units (AHUs) & Fan Coil Units (FCUs)Chillers & other HVAC/refrigeration plantConducting planned and reactive maintenanceStrong understanding of commercial building servicesPackage & Benefits:

 Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Company Van (Private use permitted)
Tablet & Work Phone Provided
Full Company Uniform

Requirements: 

City & Guilds Level 2 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
F-Gas Certification (Essential)
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled with a strong understanding of FM services
Excellent communication skills and a client-facing approach
