Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship
We are offering an assistant accountant apprentice role within our team. You will need to be prepared to train and learn in a busy, professional office environment.
Typical duties will include:
General administration to support the team, including taking telephone calls and passing on messages Preparation of VAT returns Preparation of accounts Working as part of a team to provide excellent service to our clientsTraining:

Assistant Accountant Level 3 StandardTraining Outcome:
Future prospects are good for the right candidate; Upon successful completion of the AAT Level 3, we will consider progression to AAT Level 4 and further qualifications As you progress through your career, you will take on more responsibility, eventually building up to looking after a portfolio of your own clients
Employer Description:
Oakleys is a small team of accountants, catering for a mix of trades, however, specialises in agriculture and rural business. As an apprentice, you’ll work closely with the rest of the team and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
