Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer - Great Yarmouth
A leading food manufacturer in Great Yarmouth is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating day and night shift schedule.
In this role you will:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and food processing/packaging equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and failures to minimize production downtime
Adjust and optimize mechanical bias settings to enhance machine performance
Use testing tools to analyze values like vibration, temperature, pressure, and PPM
Identify opportunities to improve equipment operation through mechanical bias changes
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
Ensure all work meets safety standards and production protocols

The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience repairing mechanical systems in a manufacturing plant.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.
4 on4 days and nights
£48,000 per annum
