Business Development Manager- The NordicsSalary: €45,000-€55,000pa plus car and commissionLocation: The Nordics/FinlandAbout The Company:We are working with a tech company that has years of experience in the hospitality sector.

Their business is trusted by some of the worlds biggest hotel and restaurant groups because of their long history in the sector.

Providing services such as digital signage, wifi, and networking, they provide solutions that enable hospitality guests to have a seamless, interactive experience and engage more with brands.Role Overview:We would like to find someone based in the Nordics, flexible on where, that would be able to grow their profile in that area.

They already have presence in the area, and are now looking to grow their profile, so experience of hospitality tech or either sector would be a bonus; as well as language skills.

Successful candidates will be self-starters that have a consultative approach, as well as tenacity and great relationships building skills.

You will be working the full sales cycle and building your own pipeline, due to the geographical spread of the role some travel will be required.Key Responsibilities for the business development director:
Prospect new businessUse CRM system to track and grow pipelineAttend meetings, conferences, events and round tables as a representative of the businessWork the full 360 sales cycleCommunicate with different departments in the businessMaintain excellent relationships
Experience in the Nordics hospitality sector is preferableAt least 2 years sales experienceProven ability of converting sales leads
