Cleaning Supervisor - FM Service Provider - Birmingham - £12.71 per hour  

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider situated in Birmingham. CBW are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to develop their career in FM based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial environment.

Monday to Friday17:00pm to 20:00pmImmediate start 
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting the Regional and Account Managers with providing holiday and sickness cover for smooth running of allocated contractsSite spot checks to monitor if staff on site have all necessary equipment, uniform and consumables to carry out their dutiesReport any delivery issues or shortcomings of service delivery on site to Regional and Account ManagerAssist as required Regional and Account Manager carry out monthly audits on each site and provide copies of the audit to the client and provide feedback to the operatives on siteAssist staff on site if they have any issues understanding any of the content in the site Bible folderAdvise the Regional and Account Manager if the site Bible needs to be updated, including RAMS, SSOW, COSHH sheetsAssist the Regional and Account Manager to monitor Health and Safety on site including delivery of toolbox talks, online training, New employee inductionsReport any accidents, incidents or near misses as per the Pareto proceduresAdvising Regional Account Manager of any portable appliance testing as requiredMonitor Smart task usage and ensure team are booking in and out as per instructions, support team in usage as and when requiredAny reasonable management request
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar rolePrevious experience of supervising operations in a demanding environmentCustomer service focusedExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenExcellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHHAssessments, hygiene standards and health and safety managementGood command of English language, both written and oralPlease send your CV to Jordyn at cbwstaffingsolutions.com for more information.
