Business Administrator Apprentice (36208)
This role offers hands-on experience across front-of-house reception, customer service, and event coordination. You’ll be a key part of the team that ensures bookings are managed professionally and that every customer experience runs smoothly from enquiry to event delivery.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Providing organised administrative support for day-to-day office and reception tasks Managing and processing event and party bookings, including scheduling and liaising with customers Coordinating party and event details with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Acting as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and suppliers at reception Maintaining stock levels, supplies, and general office organisation Offering flexible support to the Party, Reception, Servery, Kitchen, and Office teams during busy times Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner Using a variety of software packages for communication, scheduling, and data entryWhat will happen next:
