Hours per week – 37 hours per week
Hourly rate: £15ltd per hour plus £60ltd per sleep in

About the Job
Residential Workers will be responsible for providing care and support to a young person in a newly opened children's home based in Hendon.

This is a one bed home, supporting only one young person.

The successful candidate will be required to work shifts and weekends, and will need to have at least one year of experience working in a children's home.

Ability to work shifts and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures
