Inbound Contact Centre Agents Newcastle

FPSG are pleased to offer multiple opportunities for Contact Centre Agents to join a growing Team of Call-handling Agents who deal with inbound calls exclusively for a major banking Client.

The roles themselves are based on-site, in the Newcastle area, so please note that these are NOT remote working opportunities to be based from home, etc.


The turnaround for interviews will be very quick, with commitment assured for successful hires to be in place ASAP after all associated on-boarding documents are in place.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have got excellent communication skills in English, with a telephone manner which will help provide the level of service to inbound calling Customers that they will be impressed by.


Banking experience, within previous roles is not essential.

We are, however, open-minded to those who have been exposed to call-handling roles previously and can demonstrate the ability to deal with empathy and patience when dealing with Customer queries in a professional manner.

It may be you have either had previous commercial experience in a telephone-based role, or are looking to build on experience from Customer Service roles where dealing with the public, or customers who needed advice and support, was part of your day-to-day role.

Working Hours:
Core hours and shifts will be discussed with suitable candidates and will cover Monday - Sunday, with an expectation that you will only need to work 1 weekend out of every 4.

The earliest start will be 08:00am and the latest finish will be 20:00 at night, so a very good opportunity to strike a healthy life & work balance in rotation across your Team.
Pre-screening Requirements:
Candidates MUST be eligible to work within a Banking Call Centre environment, which will involve going through a Credit Check, Criminal Record Check as well as standard on-boarding, Checks including proving Right-to-Work status for employment within the UK.
