The Role:

As a Senior PR Account Manager, you will create exceptional content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels, ensuring minimal revisions.

Responsibilities:

? Manage day-to-day public relations (PR) accounts, overseeing press campaigns, creative projects, and PR solutions for clients.
? Offer strategic counsel to internal teams and clients to enhance PR and broader marketing campaigns.
? Act as a reliable point of contact for clients regarding PR and content-related matters.
? Analyse PR coverage, generate performance reports, and take overall responsibility for client key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
? Handle billing plans, invoicing, and financial activities related to clients.
? Monitor time spent on accounts and identify potential over-servicing risks.
? Delegate junior-level tasks to streamline workflow and prioritise strategic activities.
? Demonstrate effective line management skills and mentor junior staff members.
? Maintain a reputation for meeting deadlines and regularly provide PR advice to colleagues.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
? Strong industry knowledge and network-building experience.
? Passion for media, especially social media.
? Proficient in written and verbal communication in English or German.
? Skilled in copywriting and marketing.
? Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
