The Role:

As a PR Account Director, you will oversee agency performance, and take charge of complete PR campaigns.

Responsibilities:

? Lead client accounts, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
? Oversee PR campaigns from conception to delivery.
? Analyse and interpret PR data, presenting insights to key stakeholders.
? Manage and nurture a dynamic PR team.
? Develop an extensive network and key contacts.
? Provide career counsel and professional development support.
? Oversee media strategy and account development.
? Champion agency values and brand.
? Formulate business strategy in collaboration with other directors.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as an Account Director or in a similar role.
? Minimum 6 years experience in a PR agency.
? Successful track record in business development.
? Management experience of star performers.
? Background in developing new business.
? Exceptional project management and organisational skills
? Proficient in written and verbal communication in English or German.
