Role Overview
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will provide essential electrical and mechanical engineering support, ensuring all manufacturing and operational objectives are achieved.

Your role is crucial in maintaining equipment to meet high standards of operation and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer

Health & Safety Leadership: Take charge of your safety and that of your colleagues, adhering to and promoting health and safety standards.
Maintenance Excellence: Perform planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance, along with project work, to keep plant and equipment in peak condition.
Continuous Improvement: Engage actively in enhancing machinery and process efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Cross-functional support: Work collaboratively across departments, offering electrical and mechanical expertise to support broader company objectives.

What We're Looking For: Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications & Experience: Apprentice trained or time-served in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a strong track record in a similar role, preferably within FMCG or food production.
Skills: Exceptional organisational and communication skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and commitment to working beyond your core skill set as needed.
