Second Line Support Engineer Summary:As the Second Line Support Engineer you will join the existing team responsible for providing desktop and breakfix support and technical assessment to over 7,000 end users on site.
Other tasks include:

Speaking with suppliers to get pricing
Active Directory including password resets
Deployments and configurations
Network patching
Asset Management (including monthly fleet and stock audits.)

Essential skills & experience:

Experience supporting desktop and printer hardware
Active Directory experience
Active SC Clearance
Experience building laptops
