Conveyancing Fee Earner

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established firm based in Scunthorpe which has been established for 40 years.

Our client is a full-service law firm who are known for their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the best results for their clients.

The firm has specialist lawyers across various areas of law including their successful Residential Conveyancing department.

This role will suit someone looking to develop further within Conveyancing.

Joining the Conveyancing team, you will be handling a busy and mixed caseload of work including sales and purchases, investment properties, freehold leasehold registered and unregistered properties, leasehold flats, newbuilds, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
The firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who can hit the ground running with this varied work without supervision, and who is looking to grow and develop with the firm.
