The Opportunity:The Assistant General Manager position will be based in an iconic fine dining restaurants in Ireland with a great reputation within the hospitality space! We are looking for a strong leader who is really hot on service standards and team training to help elevate this venue to the next level!The Ideal Assistant General Manager?
Must have Fine Dining ideally Rosette experience as a requirement!Standards and quality driven, with great attention to detailHave an impactful first impression and a warm and approachable customer manner.Front of house presence is key, as is a big personality and buckets of charm.

Back of house knowledge is essential and WSET qualifications are highly desirableTraining focused, along with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.A great motivator with a hands-on work ethic and established sense of responsibility.
