Human Resources (HR) Apprentice

We are looking for a proactive, approachable apprentice to support the HR function and develop their skills.
Key responsibilities
•Maintain and manage HR Information Systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates for new starters, leavers, personal details, and job information.
•Monitor and record absence-related documentation.
•Prepare and issue employee correspondence as required.
•Compile and input weekly absence KPIs.
•Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions.
•Handle incoming and outgoing telephone communications professionally.
Training:
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Humdingers will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. You will be working towards the Level 3 HR apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
HR Level 3 apprenticeship standard
Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered through Humdingers’ dedicated training provider, Realise.

Working Hours :
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30, 30 minute lunch
