we are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance and repair skills, demonstrating proficiency in various trades.

As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities, contributing to a positive living or working environment for our community.Responsibility's

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing and carpentry work .
Conduct inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
Respond promptly to repair requests and efficiently address issues reported by residents or staff.
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment.

you will need

Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
