Job Title: Sous ChefLocation: Amsterdam, NetherlandsSalary: €3,300 - €3,700 gross per monthThis all cool and well-established restaurant is looking for a sous chef for the restaurant in one of their hotels.

As a Sous chef you are always striving for high standards and high quality meals, not being afraid to jump on leading the team and coaching them to always have the best results.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in busy environments and is not afraid tu support the head chef in different duties as his right hand in the kitchen!The ideal candidate
Passionate about maintaining standards and top quality food.You are an over achiever who works very well under pressureEnjoys leading, coaching and inspiring a team on an operational level.You are not afraid on taking responsibility in the absence of the Head ChefYou are flexible and adapt easily to special requestsProficiency in English, Dutch is a plusMust already live in the Netherlands
About the position
You play an important role in the kitchen as you will be ultimately supporting the Head chef in all preparations and serviceApply the HACCP rules at all times in the kitchenProactive in contributing to menu development and sharing fresh ideas for ingredients, dishes and concepts.Assisting the Head Chef in making sure that menus and service are in line with the company standards.You will work with the team and will make work schedulesPrevious experience in a similar role as a Sous Chef
