Must have previous experience in a similar Bar Management positionStock control; inventory and ordering experienceManagement of a teamComputer literate (Word, Outlook and Database knowledge);‘Hands on Manager’Good understanding of a casual bar operations (cocktails, beers, wines, mocktail, etc.)
